Noon at Ngayon

Noon.

Ngayon.

Hay! Kinokontra ko din ang sinasabi ko.
Ah basta! Maghihintay pa rin ako.

Salamat numbpurplehaze sa larawan.

That hurts!

I never expected that I'd feel this way. Not until I was caught on that situation. I wanted to get off, hail a cab and go home. I was so jealous for no apparent reasons at all. I don't even know if I mean anything to you. And yet I'm feeling jealous. Wtf! This is sooooooo wrong.

backlogs

I just checked my notepad. I found out that I have several entries that I haven't posted here.

I think I have some more written on my notebook.

Expect to read a lot from not so distant past.

I'll post them soon.

R-E-A-L

You can't find something if you don't know what you're looking for.

When we were a kid, we know exactly what we want. But as we grow older, we're having difficulty defining what we want. At times, we want to play it safe. We want to have the best of both worlds.

Let me share this. I got this from a movie I watched over the weekend. This will kinda help us define what to look for.

Some guidelines on how to spot the right partner.

He should be R-E-A-L.
R - is he Responsible

E - is he your Equal

A - is he an Adult

L - is he Loving

Some of us are afraid of being alone. So, we settle for less.

Do you know what's scarier than being alone?

It's being with the wrong guy for the rest of your life.

Think about it.

9th SONA of GMA

On July 27, 2009, will be the 8th State Of the Nation Address (SONA) of GMA. According to the news, it will focus on the strengthening the agricultural sector and the national social welfare program of the government, with the help of the value added tax proceeds, and on the developments in the on going infrastructure program.

Also, GMA's pronouncement on the SONA will dictate the direction of the next year's national budget (according to Department of Budget and Management). Said it will be "over P1 trillion." (weow!)

When I was still in college (PUP, Manila), SONA was the time where students leave their classes and go out on the streets with their red or black arm bands, placards/banners and mega phone hoping that their sentiments will be heard.

Everyone wants to be heard.

But not all have the courage to stand up for what they believe.

Weeeeeeee!

Finally! The DSL service has been activated earlier today. Just in time for Mitch's birthday.

Elvin bought a TP-Link router. But still uses an ethernet cable. Hahahah!

While Mitch and I enjoy the wireless connection.

Expect that the 3 of us will be forever online.

VL

I can't remember the last time I had my VL... until last Thursday. I had been feeling stressed lately. I initially asked for a VL last Monday, but I ended up going in to work because of the tons of deliverables. My VL being delayed caused me to be stressed some more. I finally got a chance to have sometime off and I spent it with someone that matters to me.

What is Erythromycin?

Mitch is not feeling well. She took a couple of this, and now she's suffering from abdominal pains.

What is Erythomycin?

Erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic that has an antimicrobial spectrum similar to or slightly wider than that of penicillin, and is often used for people who have an allergy to penicillins. For respiratory tract infections, it has better coverage of atypical organisms, including mycoplasma and Legionellosis. It was first marketed by Eli Lilly and Company, and it is today commonly known as EES (erythromycin ethylsuccinate, an ester prodrug that is commonly administered).

In structure, this macrocyclic compound contains a 14-membered lactone ring with ten asymmetric centers and two sugars (L-cladinose and D-desoamine), making it a compound very difficult to produce via synthetic methods.

Erythromycin is produced from a strain of the actinomycete Saccharopolyspora erythraea, formerly known as Streptomyces erythraeus.

Adverse effects

Gastrointestinal disturbances, such as diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain, and vomiting, are very common, so erythromycin tends not to be prescribed as a first-line drug. However, erythromycin may be useful in treating gastroparesis due to this pro-motility effect. Intravenous erythromycin may also be used in endoscopy as an adjunct to clear gastric contents.

More serious side-effects, such as arrhythmia and reversible deafness, are rare. Allergic reactions, while uncommon, may occur, ranging from urticaria to anaphylaxis. Cholestasis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis are some other rare side-effects that may occur.

Excited!!!

I was nervous...oh! not really. In fact, I was able to sleep early. We had an early lunch. Then I started preparing my things when I received a text message. The schedule was changed. It's a bit later than the original schedule.I had time to watch "Heroes" and do other things aside from sleeping.
I got up late, the dinner was ready. They're just waiting for me to get up. Cramming time followed. They didn't know that I have to be in the office by 10 pm. Anyways, we came in just in time.

I think I did well. I did well with less effort. (conceited? - hahahah!)
I think he liked the way I answered his questions. He even said "I like the way you think."
I said that I'm a positive person. I always focus on the things that I can control and I also believe in "obeying first before I complain". I don't complain without giving it a try.
He said that we compliment each other. I'm positive and he's negative. He said that he always thinks of the worst to happen.

I really hope it will turn out fine.
I'm really interested in getting the post.
I find it challenging.
I'm excited to hear from them soon... actually, I'm prepared for both. Good or bad. But of course, I'm hoping to get the good news.

If it's good. It will be a new environment, new job description, new schedule, I'll gain new friends and I'll have a new boss. New everything!

If not. Better luck next time. Life goes on.
